What is the help you need exactly?
So i basically want to know the steps to add a human body as an image and connect my data to show the count in various part of the body.
So, my data consists of injuries in different part of body. I want to represent this in a form of body structure which will color the different parts as per the count of injuries it has. For example - head has 4 injuries and leg has 2 injuries , so i want to color them differently.
Currently, how do we actually add a human body as an image and how can i connect that with my data.

This can be done by plotting X and Y co-ordinates on a map that has a body image as the background.
As an example, see this Tableau Public workbook, that can be downloaded and reverse engineered.
You can find out what X and Y co-ordinates to use through annotations. See this video on how to do that.
Please mark answered if this sets you off in the right direction.
As Jonathan has mentioned, you need the X/Y co-ordinates that match the image you want to use. Once you have those mapped you can create a sheet in Tableau and use as a background image.
If you can supply some sample data and the image you want to use it's a very simple exercise to do

Thanks, I was able to add the background image. is it possible that the highlight is a heat map , rather than a point in the body? For example if a person has got 4 injuries then color the entire head and not just a point in head. and the intensity of color would depend on the injury count.
If you have a field that counts the number of injuries, put that on Color and you can change the colour the way you want
I did add it, but it just either circles/gives a particular shape to the area. I want the entire area(eg head) to be colored
It can probably do what you want, but I don't quite understand.
Can you provide some dummy data and drawings of what you're after and we can help more ?
I dont have that, So basically coloring the entire body part rather than a circle or point in it.
So you'll need to create custom polygons. Still doable but will take some time to setup.
It doesn't have to be this complex, but this is what you need to do : https://www.ryansleeper.com/how-to-make-a-custom-polygon-map-in-tableau/
