Interesting and a maintenance nightmare -
Are all the data sheets the same? that is the same dimensions and measures (same columns?)
and do they can the data be differentiated by a field?
Faced with a similar problem I would bring all the sheets into tableau with a wildcard union in effect appending the data into 1 large sheet
(see Union Your Data ) There will be a field added to the data with the source file name that you can use as a filter to keep the data separate in your viz
Then I would create 1 set of charts and use a filter (or page) and have a single tableau workbook

Thanks for your quick reply.
After I modify the data source I still have to save each of the worksheets as an image manually. I have a set of filters and have to select on a filter, save the generated graphs into an image each time. Can we write some scripts to automate the task of selection of filters one after the other and saving them as images?
