Try using ETL tools to create another column as you cannot consider Tableau as Data wrangling tool. But I tried to simulate your example by pivoting and I got this:
1. Pivot your columns first
2. Create 4 different visuals and place them like above in dashboard

You may need to restructure your data to make achieving your objectives easier.
Step 1: Pivot your data. Select all the measures and add to Pivot.
You can rename 'Pivot Field Names' to 'Sales Metrics' and rename 'Pivot Field Values' to 'Values'.
See attached workbook for all the calculations. You can display the values as numbers with the same format for all the numbers. However, if you want to format Metric 3 as % and other metrics as numbers then you have to convert the values to strings. I have included both options for you.
Hope this helps.
Ossai - Both options are good to me.
Option 1: I guess we can not display % for metric 3, is that right?
Option 2: For example # 2015 Total you hard coded 2015 (IF [Year/Month] = 2015 THEN [Values] END), in order to make this dynamic I guess we need have a lookup table with unique identifier, is that correct or do we have any other way to do it? The reason being next year say in Jan 2019 I am NOT going to display 2015 in the report, I am going to display 2016, 2017,2018 and Jan 2109. The report will display last 3 year and current year only.
Nitin - The dashboard creation is also fine with me, but I need % for example (100.00 %) I tried few formatting option but didn't work. Is there a way we can achieve it?
Thank you so much for your response!
When I a trying to source data from actual data source table I am not able to see pivot option.
Not sure how I am going to achieve the above solution if I am not able to pivot the measures.
