I have an alert failure (based on axis value), and when I followed the link in the automated email to open the dashboard, the following error occurred:
However, after clicking on "Try Again", the dashboard is functional again. The error message would show up pretty randomly.
The workbook used published HANA datasource. Any feedback on why would this happen, and how to solve this on Server or HANA level would be really appreciated. Thanks!
Does this occur on a view using a Redshift data source? If so, I found this article that might be able to help: https://kb.tableau.com/articles/Issue/error-could-not-connect-to-the-server-connecting-to-redshift
