it would be easier if we could see the workbook but based on the limited information you shared it could be that Current_YTD_Sales_USD
is returning a null value - first test to see that the value of Current YTD USD sales is returning what you think it is and that you are aggregating it properly (the image you shared doesn't show us the aggregation at the formula level

Thanks for your help Jim Dehner. I am not sure what you say I should try though. Below you see my calculation for USD vs Local currency.
You also see my test of each measure. Each of them are working individually and if I select Local Currency I get -523 005 (correct result). But when I switch to USD it doesn’t work.
I would attach a sample but since the data is confidential and I can’t recreate the problem I can’t do more.
How should I aggregate these values correct?
I solved the problem by using another calculation.
I use Another step between so the first two calculations are
sales local-quota local
sales usd-quota USD
then I use these two in my parameter instead of doing a calculation within the parameter
