it is possible and very easy to do.
Just drag Group from one source and put it into filter shelf of each chart. That Group should be from single data source in all chart. and then bring that filter into the dashboard from any of the chart by using below image process.
Once universal filter will come into dashboard then go into option of the filter like below image
Click on Apply to Worksheet-->Selected Worksheet and the check in all worksheet where you want to see effect of that filter.
