Very Basic Question: Add one column for percent of total

I'm trying to do something that seems like it should take 3 minutes max, but as a complete newbie to Tableau have literally spent several hours trying to figure this out. I simply want to add an additional column at the end of my table that calculates percent of total for each grand total entry.

For example, for Standard Work (Meetings +) row, it would be 267.75/2,137.00 = 12.53%

So You don't have a workbook, but I assume like this, If you have sales for 10 people in 10 rows, Then you can use Right Click on Sum(sales) and Select Percent of Total.

Alternatively, This Formula

SUM (SALES)/SUM{SUM(Sales)}
