the output should result the eldest person from the family(i.e family means fname and fname is same then they are same family)

You can try below logic:

Eldest member= {FIXED [Fname]: min([DOB])}=[DOB]

Drag this to filter and select "True".

Calculation example:

IF MIN({ FIXED SPLIT([Customer Name], ' ', 2): MAX({ FIXED [Customer Name]:SUM([Sales])})}) = SUM([Sales])
