so you aren't able to conditionally colour "headers", but you can (kind of) get this to work by bringing the headers into the main canvas.
In the attached I've used MIN(1) to layout the viz, and then used labels and colour to get the conditional formatting effect. Hope that helps and makes sense

Hi, Thanks for your answer. I would like to have header name as well
Manufacturer & Product name next to Category and Sub-Category
Category Sub-Category Manufacturer Product Name
So there are a couple of ways to do this. One is to create the headers separately and then put them above the table (with headers not shown) in a dashboard container. Or (as per the attached) we can use Dual Axis to create them.
Here I've duplicated the MIN(1) axis, and then Dual Axis them (and sync axis). I can then set up the Top Axis Labelling to look like a header
Then remove the Axis marks
On the bottom axis, we can delete the Title and remove the Tick Marks.
