My users are not getting email through subscriptions since last 2 days. I checked backgrounder logs file located at - ..\data\tabsvc\logs\backgrounder\ and can see this error -
as it suggests, I requested them to validate the email address of all users but they have entered that correctly. I can see "Address rejected" errors for all users in this log file.
Can someone please help and suggest any resolution to this?
Is there a possibility that your DNS Server has some problem?
Please try telnet from your Tableau Server, such as,
telnet [your.smtp.server] [port.53]
