Not get your point of your expected result, can you explain it more?
Are you saying you want the tooltip to show all players? If so, then I'd suggest using viz-in-tooltip. First create a sheet with a list of all the players. Make sure that Origin-Destination Path is on the view because we'll need to be able to filter by that. I created this:
Then, on your main sheet, you'll want to remove any instance of the Footballer Name from the view (detail, color, etc.) as that is essentially creating a separate line for each one that just gets stacked upon each other. We want to change the level of detail so that you just have a single line for each origin-destination. It should now look like this:=
Now go to your tooltip, go to Insert then select the name of the sheet with the list of names. It'll look something like this:
By default, this is set to filter by "All Fields". You can change this to filter on a specific field, but in this case, we're okay with All Fields.
Now when you hover over a line, you'll see something like this:
See attached workbook.
If this resolves your question, then please be so kind as to mark this as the "correct answer." This will close the thread and it will make it much easier to find for people with similar questions in the future. Thanks!

The script that is added to the tooltip has a maxwidth and maxheight which are set to 300 by default. Try increasing those.
