It's a hacky solution to try get Tableau to show each individual row, as opposed to what it'll automatically do (aggregate the "Name" column and only show 6 rows)
To solve this I added an Index row (that I called "Random") to the Excel doc data source.
This dimension was added to the rows column and "Show Header" was unticked - this was necessary to avoid the "roll-up" effect and thus display 16 rows.
Now for the decreasing index per name: I made a calculated field (below) and added a table calculation: "Compute Using> Specific Dimensions> Random"
