I have another such scenario.
Please find the attached snap shot.
With the help of calculated field by giving a target with if condition I showed one column into two columns(Achieved & Not Achieved).
Now I want to calculate how many 'Synced By' are in Achieved category and how many are in Not Achieved category.
How to count or sum the value of Achieved and Not Achieved?
You can try below approach(i have taken super store as example)
My cal to find "achieved" and "not achieved" = if [Sales]>113 then "achived" else "not achived" END
In the below pic, you can see:
1st product > 113
2nd product < 113
last product is having two sales, 1 greater than 113 and one less than 113.
I have just dragged the product name ,to label and have changed the aggregation to CNT.
You have done the same thing which I did.
My question is : how many products achieved the target? and you just shown me which product is achieved target and which is not achieved target.
I want :
How many products achieved target?
How many products not achieved target?
Thanks for your efforts
For that, either you can remove product name from the report:
Or you can create variable that will show the value:
1. achieved target = COUNTD( IF [Sales]>113 then ([Product Name]) END)
2. not achieved target = COUNTD(if [Sales]<113 then [Product Name] END)
Is this what you are looking for??
Yes. But from where you got the Measure name as shown in the row shelf ?
Measure names include what ? Is "Measure Name" you created or it is primitive in nature?
