This is a browser rendering issue. Chrome is known to have these kind of issues. Are you using the latest Chrome version? If not, get the new update. Did you recently update your Chrome? If yes, roll back to the previous version. Report the issue to Chrome.
In the meantime, just keep on using Internet Explorer and advise your end users to do the same.
