    Index and Rank_Unique skip numbers

Hey all, I'm trying to use Index or Rank_Unique as a 'Top N' filter. I've done this in the past and never ran into any issues, but this time it is skipping numbers. I'm going to attach a screenshot as creating a fake dataset would take some doing, but if people need more clarification I can.

As you can see, the Index pill (which is just a regular old 'Index()') is skipping several numbers. 3, 7, 13, 14, etc. I've narrowed it down to being caused by the filters, which if I remove causes the Index to function normally.

The code for the Last 3 Months filter is as such: "IF  DATEDIFF('month',[Month],TODAY()) < 4 AND DATEDIFF('month',[Month],TODAY()) > 0 then 'Yes' else 'No' END".

Anyone have any ideas as to why this filter is causing Index to skip values? Adding the filters to context doesn't make any difference.
