Conditionally color cells based on text from another column

I am trying to highlight one of the cells per row in a grid based on the text from another cell. In my example below, I have a test with the correct answer listed, and how many students chose each of the options available. I would like to highlight the correct cell.

Is there any way to do this? In theory I could highlight the cell with the highest value too, but that cannot be guaranteed to be the correct answer always.

This is related to the same post I previously made: Re: Conditionally color cells based on text from another column  but because the source is a database and not a flat file I am unable to pivot the data in Tableau. Is there a way to do this without pivoting? The workbook I have attached is a sample of what the data would look like.
