Currently, users are coming through mail to get access to the server.
Is there any automatic workflow for raising access requests through some portal or sites which have Application names or AD groups (similar name with tableau AD groups).
So that users can raise the request and project owner can approve and then adding that user to AD groups and then we can sync that AD group in our tableau server.
Please suggest if you have ideas.
The only automatic workflow that I'm aware is to sync Tableau groups to the AD groups which can be scheduled via the admin dialog. The upstream part of adding users to AD / approval / etc. is more so a question for your internal security team.
