What does the % difference calculate? Is it the % difference of 'U1.Idrcount' along U1_Year and Month/Year? If yes then the numbers seem wrong.
For example, between 201501 and 201502, %diff should be -9.74% and not -8.87%.
(4148438 - 3780335)/3780335
If that is what you are looking for then, I have created separate calculations for the columns.
IF FIRST() != 0 THEN
ZN((LOOKUP(SUM([_U1.Idrcount]),0) - LOOKUP(SUM([_U1.Idrcount]), -1)) / LOOKUP(SUM([_U1.Idrcount]),0))
Hope this helps.

Table calculation is the most difficult function in Tableau from my experience.
It 100% depends on each table structure and especially add complications and troublesome tasks once you set table calc then, you add/remove dimensions.
Every time you change the table structure, non-simple-table-calc is easily broken. sometimes without any error message....
This helped me. now i understand better thank you
