    Filter dimension based on date

    Oliver Mayer

      Hi all,

in my table (MySQL connection) I have user addresses. Everytime a user changes his address a new row is created for his unique member ID and the date of the address change is saved. This will look like this:

What I want to do now is to filter my data set in a way, that for each Member Id only the row with the maximum date remains (with the last address change). For some Ids in my example this would be 2018 for some 2017 and so on.

How can I achieve that? I've been searching for a while now but cannot find a solution that works.

          Good morning

try this {fixed [member id]: max(year of last)} = [year of last]

put on the filter shelf and set to true

          it will be like this
