In Fence Crossing Summary dashboard, other graph (Carded and Phonetype) associated to it doesn't sum upto 100%.

Please find the below screenshot for the filters applied to the Wallet Chart for Crossings Per Fence.
In Fence Crossings Summary Dashboard, you can find Carded and Phone Type graph are not giving a sum of 100 after applying SUM({FIXED [Fence Name]: [Crossings per Fence]}). We need to work so that these 2 gives a sum of 100%, eventually it will be reflected to Wallet Chart for Crossings Per Fence.

It won't give you the right answer because your patron id's exist in BOTH carded and non carded. Also the same applies for fence ID. So that's why your it will not add up to 100%. You'll need to apply your LOD calculation such that it will find the count distinct as a calculation of both carded and non carded combined.

Update the calculated field by added in Carded Patron to your fixed calculation:
