What you are looking to do is going to depend on how your data is set up and what your sheet looks like.

I've smashed together a sample workbook for you dude. The actual data source has ~35k observations, but all variables are in the attached sample.

I don't know what you're trying to do with it. (for instance, what is 4WA?)
Give a minimum of a start in a workbook so that I can see what you're trying to do -- and also see what version you are doing it in. Make sure you upload a TWBX, not a TWB file. (Packaged workbook.)
