    Top 10%, 15% Filter/Parameter

I have the following data set -

The measure identifies a Risk value. Higher the value, higher the risk.

The dashboard should contain 2 filters - Date Range and Top 5%,10%,15% DropDown.

The user selected top x% should identify the top x% of loans as "High Risk Category" and rest as "Low risk category". The % should be dynamic based on the Date Ranger Filter.

E.g. If Top 10% is selected and all dates are selected, total loan count would be 21. Top 10% will be Top 2 records.

If dates filters are selected and total loan count is 15, top 20% will be 3 loans.

A bar chart with a pie chart on risk needs to be represented.

I am able to achieve Top x counts using index, but unable to figure out the % of total count that changes dynamically with Date Filter.
