How to do a logarithmic calculation on most recent 4 rows of data?

I have a calculated field "Average Coverage"

I want to do a logarithmic calculation using the most recent 4 quarters of data. Similar to Excel's LOGEST function, I am looking for a calculation that calculates an exponential curve value.

Ideally, each quarter is numbered, so 2014 Q1 is 1, 2014 Q2 is 2, etc.

So the Average Coverage column would be my known y's, and the numbered quarters are my known x's. How do I do this calculation, and it would give me a single logarithmic number in the end?

      Thanks in advance.
