If you don't have access to Tableau prep, you may be able to use Excel VBA to automate this for you. I'd post it to one of the Excel forums and those folks may be able to help.
I took a look at the tables. It appears the first table and last table have common values upon which they could potentially be joined (PK and 2nd Column Values), however, I didn't see anything common for the middle table to join so there may be additional work needed with the production of the reports so that you have unique values to join to.
You'll know your data better than we will. But as noted prior by Patrick and Mark, Tableau Prep (using Data Interpreter) or an Excel forum may help in separating out the tables into different worksheets.
