    How to add ticker at the end of line graph?

    rishabh kumar

      I am trying to add a ticker at the end of line graph which could tell the %change. So it could be positive or negative and the ticker could be a circle with green as positive change and red as negative change.

      Could anyone suggest how can I do this?

      I have attached sample sheet for reference.

            Find my approach below,

            As we can see you have several measures in your view

            So you need to create below calculated fields individually for each measure.

            As for ex: Total Attendance

            % Change:

            // I need only latest value so I've used last()

            IF LAST()=0 THEN

            (ZN(SUM([Total attendances (Attendances)])) - LOOKUP(ZN(SUM([Total attendances (Attendances)])), -1)) / ABS(LOOKUP(ZN(SUM([Total attendances (Attendances)])), -1))

            Once done drag this field after your Total Attendance measure in rows shelf. See the screenshot. And change the mark from line to circle

            Now you need to create another field to assign color based on % Change +ve/-ve

            For that use below logic

            [% Change]>0

            Drag this to color shelf and assign the color as per your requirement. Green for True and Red for False.

            Repeat the steps for rest of the measures.

            Hope this help.
