# How can i make a "count if" in tableau ?

Hello community!   i have a call center data set and the questions that i want to answer is ¿how many calls was answered before 60 seconds?

I was  trying many formulas  but i can not figure out the solution.

Hello Jose,

Try this calculation:

SUM({ FIXED [Call Id]:(IF SUM([Time waiting])<60 THEN

1

ELSE

0

END)})

Hi Jose,

Create the below calculation like below

Press Right Click and Mouse and drag Call ID --> Place it on marks section --> text and Select CNT(Call ID)

or if you want distinct calls then select CNTD(Call ID)

You will get the count  or count distinct of calls attended before 60 secs and after 60 secs

Count Distinct Value:

I tried but the result is not the expected with my database.

I have a bar chart but just show me the number 1 and i cant make a table. I´m new with tableau by the way.

I tried with this options but for some reason thats not work. The result is something like this(the text is in spanish).

I´m not working with the excel file, im using a pentaho server for the data but the content is the same.

go to Analysis --> Check the aggregate measures option
