What's the logic in the image of those highlights? it is not in your sample workbook and you didn't mentioned here as well.

I've created the image to represent the calculation scope in the table; the highlighted numbers represent the total of the Highlighted sum that I need first. The calculation field should have the capability to sum Rooms based on specifics status criteria:
If is Room 1 sum(In-Progress, On-Hold, Started)
If is Room 2 sum((On-Hold, Started)
If is Room 3 sum(In-Progress, On-Hold, Started)
If is Room 4 sum((On-Hold, Started)
If is Room 5 sum((On-Hold, Started)
If is Room 6 sum(In-Progress, On-Hold, Started)
Then create a second calculated field to sum all Rooms
Finally a third calculated field to get the percentage.
ZZ, thanks a lot, this solution helped me. My only observation is that the Calculated Fields are fixed, It apparently take all the Order# from the Data Source and make the calculation instead of filter with my dates range selection. Great support!
