As you trying to see the top 10 values based on the each individual filter that you are selecting in this case you have to select each dimension filter as a context filter.
You can do this from the filter shelf by right click on the each particular field and select the option "Add to Context" so what it will do exactly whatever the selection you are selecting from this field (filter) it will show top 10 values accordingly.

But in my example, I use company name in filter and do top 10.
But I am able to do top 10 only by 1 filed say sales. Then I add sales to context filter. But after this I also have employee count, profit, loss etc.
So I also need to find top 10 with employee count, profit, loss. But I have already used Company name as filter with top filter for sales.
I know it is a bit confusing.
Better you can create one parameter with all measures.
you can create calculation and add it into view.
sort the value based on parameter added calculation and get it like profit, or employee count top etc.
Whatever you select in parameter then it will show top 10 based on measure.
