Check pge 19 onwards in https://bensullins.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/server_admin7.0.pdf
No I didn't check with my network team. I need something concrete to go with other than an application won't connect. I wanted to confirm first, as i illustrated, if there was an incorrect setting done at my end.
I'll check out the link. Thank you
Also I don't think those steps apply as this happens with both IE and Chrome. It's not a chrome specific issue.
You are getting a connection refused error.Meaning there is no connection established.
Did you check the pdf link i shared page 18 onwards,it has something related to the SSL port.
Is the SSL port configured correctly? SSL port should be 443 by default it is 80.
Please recheck the ports configured for SSL.
In general, the problem This site can't be reached may happens for failing on DNS lookup . DNS is that network address that translates the website name to its internet address. Most often it causes for not getting the internet connection or misconfigured internet or network settings. Another reason could be the firewall preventing Google Chrome to load the webpage.
