SSL - Server cannot be reached error

We have Tableau server up and running and now we want to put in SSL. Everything works just fine without SSL enabled and in trying to get it working, I have run into some issues. So I know it's SSL specific.

      I have done the following:

      1. Had a third party create the certificate file and send this to me.

      2. I created the .key file using the steps here - Example: SSL Certificate - Generate a Key and CSR

      3. Put in the passphrase of the certificate (I assume this means password)

I then stopped and saved the Tableau configuration. It closes without errors appearing.

      I start Tableau server.

I go to Google chrome and I type in: https://<servername>

      I get the error below

Google Chrome and IE throw the below errors.
