Hey Trinadh. If VizAlerts is not throwing an error, and you are sure that everything is working except when you switch the email address, then likely the problem is that some rule on your mail server may be filtering it out. There may be a more strict rule about which accounts are allowed to send mail to distribution lists. That would be my best guess.
