# Percentage of 2 measures

Hello,

I have 2 measures and 2 dimensions:

Dimension: Country/location and Rate

measures: Limit and Utilized USD

I am trying to calculate the percentage of utilized amount from the limit amount per country.

Foe example if Limit for country A with rate 1 is 7,520 and Utilized USD is 5000 then the utilized percentage is around 66% (Utilized USD*100)/Limit.

I created a calculated field and added the formula but the results do not make sense. I attached a sample workbook in case anyone can help.

What am I doing wrong in the calculation of % field?

Thanks!

Hi sally,

you are not aggregating the data before calculating the % check the below calc it will help

example : Miami for rate 1 Limit is 831,547,731 and Utlized usd is 530,404,444

% would be  530,404,444 /  831,547,731 * 100 = 63.7 Hope this helps kindly mark this answer as completed or helpful so that it will help others
