Combining and sorting two tables with different time fields.

I am looking for a way for a dashboard to show one column, chronologically, that consists of times from two different fields.

One data source has the column "State Transition Start Time" and the other data source has a "Call Start Time".  I have created a table for each of these to show details, but I would like to combine them into one table.  The times for each are unique (no shared start time).

To paint a more clear picture, this is easily done in Excel by putting the Call data directly below the State data with the "State Transition Start Time" sharing a column with the "Call Start Time" data, then sorting everything by time.

Is there a way to achieve this in Tableau without making changes to the data in the database?
