Need help doing conditional formatting on a table and can't figure out a calculation for color the table by the outlier I'm looking for.
In my example, I'm looking at highlighting the themes that have a variance of greater than 3% or less than -3%.
This is between the Theo % and Act % fields.
Are you looking for something like this?
If SUM([Var])>=0.03 or SUM([Var])<=-.03 then "Bad" else "Good" END
