For any kind of crash, I would definitely recommend filing a support case so the issue can be documented/worked on if needed:

We faced this issue in the past, and it was because of the tableau workbook pulling all the data (25 mil records) to create the visualization as the default filters were set to "ALL". I will advice you to review the no. of records in the data source, quick filters and context filters etc. to make sure that by default they only display a portion of the dataset.

How and where do I change the default?
For eg:- If in your worksheet, if there is a filter on Country dimension, then rather than selecting "Use All" in the "Edit Filter>General", select only few values from the "Select from list" option.
