What is the other filter for? I'm guessing that is impacting your top N. Can you describe a bit more about the sheet in question, or post a .TWBX that we can take a look at?
You can randomize your data and create a TWBX from that, if needed. It's difficult to tell from the screenshots what each of the filters is being used for.
