Using Calculated field correctly?

How do I use below formula correctly so that I get accurate answer? I tried using case for if statement but no luck. Appreciate any help to move forward.

SUM(({ FIXED [Delivery Group]:MAX([DG Count])})) - SUM(({ FIXED [Delivery Group],[Tenency]='Dedicated':MAX([Unassigned])}))

What is it you're trying to do exactly? It's difficult to answer your question without more details about your data and use case.

I am trying to subtract sum of DG count with sum of Unassigned but second one has filter for tenency = Dedicated

I'd create a calculated field that does something like this. Let's call the field "Tenancy Unassigned"

IF [Tenency]='Dedicated' THEN

[Unassigned]

END

Then use that in your calculation:

SUM(({ FIXED [Delivery Group]:MAX([DG Count])})) - SUM(({ FIXED [Delivery Group]:MAX([Tenancy Unassigned])}))

I'm not convinced that you actually need the LODs here but without a better picture of your data, I can't be sure.
