Hello All, I hope that some of you have experienced these error messages I have been getting lately.

      Few details here   -
I am running Tableau Desktop Version:

      .

I am a long time user of Tableau (April 2016)
Tableau Desktop is connected to Server to DB=ExaData (Oracle)

      2 Errors

Errors occur whenever you try to get the [FULL DATA]

Here are the error messages (desktop and web version)

      Web Version

uncaught TypeError: tabBootstrap.ViewerBootstrap.get_instance(...).get_sessionBeingCleared is not a function

      Desktop Version

first it asks if I want to Reconnect to the DS (Data source)

if I respond [YES] then it stays on the same screen

If I respond [NO] then I get this error

then I get this pop up

      then this error message

      • An error occurred while loading the data.
      • Oracle database error 1873: ORA-01873: the leading precision of the interval is too small
      • prepare.xml
      • DataServiceFailure

While researching solution online, I came across to this link  :sql - ORA-01873: the leading precision - Stack Overflow

Any help would be greatly appreciated

      Thank you

      BR/

      Ermi
