You could do this in different ways, first way is using table calculations. By right clicking on sum(amount) you could add a table calculation such as % difference:
Then placing the items in the shelves like me would give you the % difference.
Alternatively, another option is to create a measure for current month, for previous month, and for the difference:
Then putting them in the view looks like this:

To add in arrows, maybe you could create a new worksheet and just have the difference in the view, then create the below calculation:
Change the marks card type to shape and brought in this new calculated field into colour and shape:
Then combine this worksheet with the other worksheet which has the current and previous month to get this:
