# Calculation Correct For One Day Period But Not Two

Hi,

The attached workbook will correctly calculates the Team Utilization for a one day period but not two or more. For example:

6/21/18:

TeamMinutesWorked (this calculation happens inside the Team Utilization calculated  field) = 4320

Team Utilization  = .17569

6/22/18:

TeamMinutesWorked = 4800

Team Utilization  = .19395

I would expect that if both 6/21 and 6/22 were selected that:

TeamMinutesWorked = 9120

Team Utilization  = .18530

Can anyone tell what I am doing wrong? Workbook attached.

Thank you!

Courtney

Hi,

This generally happens when you are not aggregation the calculations.

Like using SUM([Value]) instead of only [Value].

Can you save the workbook in 10.2 or 10.3 version.

Sohan.

There is something with your Countday Indicator Calc. I Replaced FIRST() with 0 and got Correct results,so check that.
