Firstly, I installed TableauDesktop version 2018.1.0 on my Windows 10 System, and then activate the license, but I found it can't open performance record workbook after I stopped performance recording.
Then I uninstall tableau desktop 2018.1.0 and install tableau desktop 2018.1.2 without restart my computer. The problem is:
Tableau desktop 2018.1.2 start very slowly, and after started, It prompt “License check-in progress” window and wait several minutes. When I tried to open "Manage Product Key"，It display "Processing request" and then "Internal Error - An unexpected error occurred and the operation could not be completed."
Even I tried to install back to TableauDesktop version 2018.1.0, the problem also exists.
PS: FlexNet Licensing Services is running.
If anyone know how to solve this problem ? Thanks !
Check your firewall isn't blocking the license server from accessing the internet.
