Right Click Filter, Go to Customize and Take Out All from Menu. For Null, Create a Set of Your Filter and Remove NULL Keep Concluded and GOING ON, Just Replace Your Filter with this SET and go to Show Filter, Right Cick Filter or use inverted Triangle on Filter>Customize and Uncheck>Show All Values

Please find my solution below
1st, duplicate the filter
2nd, add your filter and select only relevant values
