Display columns where no data exists

      Hi, all.

The image below is from an Excel Workbook.  I'm trying to replicate this layout in Tableau.  When I import the data into Tableau and create my worksheet, I get the second image.  As you can see, the column labeled "C" does not appear.  I want to be able to have columns that have missing data appear with a value of zero, whether the data is missing or gets filtered.  Also, is there a way to create the row headers (i.e., Open Issues Counts, In-Validation Issues, etc.) so they display as well.  In short, how can I replicate the Excel layout in Tableau?
