Thanks for fast reply. - However, the result of Measure B on Project2 should be empty (null) instead of "12", because the condition "Date > year 1900" has not been met for Activity10 in the data. The year "1900" is being used for all activities that haven't started in the original file (i.e. the last valid stage for Project2 is Activity9). Is it possible to adjust the calculations with that condition? In the real data file there are many projects that should be ignored because they haven't reached the last stages yet, so there should be no sum for Measure B (or for Measure A, if it's "1900-01-01"). I managed to get similar results as in your file before, but I can't exclude the projects that don't have valid dates on Activity9/Activity10. Maybe my first description was a bit vague but I hope this clarifies.

Thanks for your feedback, and I am better understand your requirement now.
Please find below my updates, is it something you are expecting?
In terms of MeasureA, I not quite sure what should be dealing with activity10, e.g. project2, is it a finished or not for measureA?
Thanks a lot, the new formula worked fine for Measure B! But I just realized that Project8 should not be included at all, because there is no valid year for Activity9 (nor Activity10) on that project. Sorry if I was unclear about that requirement. So the conditions should be that at least Activity9 should have a date which is more than 1900 for the projects to be included in the summary, and if both Activity9 and 10 are "empty" (i.e. 1900), the projects should be ignored in the table/diagram. Maybe I'm able to figure out how to do this based on your earlier answer, I will check.
Yes, thanks a lot for the fast help, the solution is correct!
