Under Dimensions, Look for this on right Side and Use Group by Folder Option, Currently you have Group by Data source. Change that.
But when I group by folder all the table names disappear and I can't see which table each column is coming from?

You only have two options for how they show. They'll show grouped under table or grouped by folder. When grouped by table, calculated fields will always drop to the bottom, unfortunately. So, the only way to better organize the fields would be to group by folder, then set up a series of folders that group the fields they way you wish. If you like, you can create folders for each table, then move the fields under them, including the calculated fields.
