I had a question about the implementation of an idea because I’m not really sure how to go about it. So I have these monthly financial statements that are mailed to me and they are in a folder in google drive. Is there a way to make a visual representations out of this? Also, I need it to be automated and I was wondering if tableau has a way to add new google sheets as they are added to a folder or if they have to be on one sheet in order to have a live connection. I just need to make a visualization for the headcount per month per year and I have 3 years worth of data, but also the layout of the financial statement is not standard and I don't know how to pull the headcounts from it. I attached an example of the layout of the report. Please let me know if you can navigate this problem.
You need to create one data set in excel and use it. Don't use the statement directly here.
