I don't know how you want to show this info on table but anyways.
The reason I concern the format is that table calc setting is very fragile based on the table format itself and when you change the dimensions, it might immediately change the view...

I'm trying to find the "Person" that newly (for the first time) hits 50 million threshold in the current month i.e "June 2018". I don't really care if they hit the 50 million threshold in previous months. Accordingly, once I change the filter to "June 2018" to see who newly crossed the threshold 50 million, all the calculations are changing as they are all cumulative totals.
For instance, in the workbook data Bob newly hit 50 million for June 2018. Is there a way that we can achieve this?
