Could you attach a set of the data as twbx format.
It's possible, but the solution depends on your data.

You should be able to use LOOKUP to do this. Create the following calculated fields:
Previous Water Volume
// Step back one row and get the Water Volume
// Subtract previous volume from current volume
SUM([Water Volume])-[Previous Water Volume]
Both will be a table calculations so they will be very touchy about what's in the view. Once you add them to your view, you'll want to right-click and edit the table calc. Then set them up to work like this:
