    How to list columns of data for departments for multiple years?

      Hello,

       

      I have a nice page that lists information for a paper report but now I've been asked to list the same information for a three year period.  So instead of just listing Administration, Clerical, Construction, Construction Assistant, etc. for a year or multiple years in the below format, they want to see Administration, Clerical, Construction, Construction Assistant, etc., for 2015/2016 and then Administration, Clerical, Construction, Construction Assistant, etc., for 2016/2017, and finally Administration, Clerical, Construction, Construction Assistant, etc., for 2017/2018 (partial).

      What's the best way to fit all that data onto a printable page?  :-)

       

      My first thought was to make duplicate sheets, filter by individual policy years on each sheet, and then add to a dashboard, but then I have Cause and Detail Cause columns displaying three times which is redundant and takes up too much room.  I didn't see a way to hide the Cause and Detail Cause columns for the latter years' data.
