It's easy and handy. Whatever column you want to export just bring those column in sheet like below image where I want to export Category. Sub-Category and Sales. So I brought it in sheet.

Now Go into Worksheet Menu top of the window like below.

and select "Export"--> "Data or Cross Tab to Excel"
