How to skip a date and get previous date value

      Hi Guys,

I'm working on a text table where I have a trending weekly data lined up, and I need to show how much it is changed (in %) from the previous week. The challenge I have is there're some weeks we defined as "Holiday" which will not be counted in this table, so ideally I'd like Tableau to skip those weeks and calculate the % change with the previous week value.

But the only way I know about how to create this is using a percentage difference table calculation, which won't be able to customize like this.

For example if 5/27/2018 is a holiday in France, then for the value in 6/3/2018, it should skip 5/27 and compare with 5/20. And for the value in 5/27, it just display something like "Holiday".

Are all of those possible to be made in Tableau? Or maybe just part of them?

Thanks for your time and help! !
